Not A Happy Customer "I received my new watch a week ago. It was obviously a return with no factory plastic wrapping, stop in the crown or even protective film on crystal. No user manual, instructions or warranty. I can't set the chronograph functions and am assuming the watch is defective. I immediately emailed Guess CS asking for instruction or some direction. My message was ignored. Watch appearance is very nice but I have no choic3 but to return it as defective and won't be ordering from this company again." — Jacquen M. (5/5)
