How can I close/deactivate my account?

Discounts are applicable to eligible products purchased on guesswatches.com only. Percentage discounts are calculated as a percentage of the actual retail price prior to taxes. Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts or rebates. Most offers are valid for one-time use. How do I get a return shipping label?

You may obtain a return authorization by visiting our returns center , or via live chat. You will then be able to print a pre-paid return shipping label. You may drop the package off at your local post office. We gladly accept returns of unworn watches within 30 days of delivery.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, as well as provide Klarna as an installment payment option. We do an authorization when the order is placed to verify the funds are available. We do not capture the funds of the credit card until the order has shipped.

Can I ship internationally?

First measure your wrist circumference. The measurements below will fit any wrist circumferences within range. What is the usual turnaround time for returns?

Once you've dropped off your return at the post office, it will be checked in and the refund will be processed. To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days since the return label was issued. Do not ship items back through any other means other than the prepaid return label that we provide as packages may be returned to you.

My watch is sentimental. Should I send it for repair?

We recommend not sending sentimental or engraved items for repair. Please call us at 1.8002GUESS5, we are happy to help.

Klarna is a service that allows you to pay for your order with 4 equal payments made every 2 weeks, interest free. To use Klarna, simply shop as usual and proceed to checkout. How long does a battery last?

Battery life may vary between 2 to 4 years, depending on the model and the way your watch is used. Most of our quartz watches equipped with a centre seconds-hand have an end-of-life battery warning system (EOL). Approximately two weeks before the end of the battery-life, the centre seconds-hand jumps every four seconds to signal that the battery is running low. When this happens, replace the battery immediately. A dead battery inside the watch might damage the movement. The battery contains a small amount of mercury. Please recycle or dispose of properly.

Can I exchange an item for another color or style?

We do not accept exchanges of products at this time. You may return your order and then purchase a new style or color as normal.

What is the exchange rate applied?

When purchasing in a currency other than USD, the conversion is performed by our partner Global-E, Inc. and includes a conversion fee, which covers processing and guarantees the exchange rate at the time of check out. We recommend paying for your order in the currency in which your payment method was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

No. Import duties & taxes are collected and paid upon checkout. When you check out you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency including duty and tax. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery.

How do I take care of my Guess or my Gc Watch?

Wearing: It is preferable to avoid wearing your GUESS or Gc Watches watch to the beach, or to play extreme sports, so as to avoid knocking or scratching them. Repeated contact with perfumes, cosmetics, or household detergents may damage your timepiece. Regarding ceramics for Gc: this material is scratch-resistant. The only way they can be scratched is if a harder substance such as a diamond scratches them or they can break if they fall on a hard surface like concrete or marble. Please avoid dropping or knocking Gc ceramic styles that feature ceramic or damage may result.

What is the warranty on Guess Watches?

U.S. Customers: We offer a Two Year Warranty on all purchases made from July 1st, 2017. Any purchases made prior to July 1st, 2017 hold a 10 Year Limited Warranty. In the event of a defect or malfunction within the warranty period from date of purchase, your watch will be repaired or replaced, at our option. The limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, abuse or water damage and excludes batteries, case, strap, or bracelet; does not cover costs, parts or labor, shipping & handling, defects or damage caused by any source other than GUESS Watches. My watch needs repair. Should I remove the strap before sending it?

Can I ship to a PO Box?

No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship all orders via UPS and need a street address for delivery

What if I place an order and GuessWatches.com doesn't have it in stock?

If we are unable to fulfill your order you will be notified via email of the cancellation. We do not capture any funds from the credit card until the item has shipped, so any "charges" you see on your bank statement are authorization holds. Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 30 days for the authorization to expire. Please contact your bank for more details.

What will the duties and taxes on my order be?

Import duties & taxes are calculated by our partner Global-E, Inc. Import duties & taxes are collected and paid upon checkout. Duty (or custom tariffs) is set by the destination country's customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. How do I clean my watch?

Do Use a soft tissue to clean the case and crystal of your timepiece. If the case and crystal look very dirty, use a soft tissue dipped in soapy water. Do Not Do not clean a leather strap with anything other than clean water. Never use chemical products like petroleum spirits to clean your timepiece.

What is the return policy?

Does Guess and Gc offer smartwatches?

Our smartwatches are no longer available for purchase on GUESSWatches.com. If you would like to purchase a charger for a Connect Smartwatch you already own, please contact support@guesswatches.com for assistance.

What is the difference between a water-resistant and waterproof watch?

Watches will withstand Water Resistance if the crystal, crown, push buttons, case and gaskets remain intact. Care and safety: Do NOT operate crown or buttons when watch is wet or submerged. A hard knock might cause the watch to lose its water-resistance without you realizing it. Therefore, if you plan to use your watch under water, it is essential to have the water-resistance checked at least every 12 months. If the case has to be opened for any reason, ask your GUESS or Gc agent to check the waterproof seals for the case back glass and crown, and replace them if necessary.

What is the warranty policy?

Your GUESS or your Gc watch is covered by an international guarantee against any manufacturing defects for a period of 24-months from the date of purchase. Any part found to be defective within this period will be repaired or replaced at no charge. The GUESS & Gc Watches international guarantee certificate does not cover defects arising from damage, mishandling, incorrect or abusive use (knocks, crushing, moisture in the case of non water-resistant watches), alteration or repairs not performed by an authorized GUESS or Gc Watches retailer. Always have your watch checked, serviced and repaired by a GUESS or Gc Agent to maintain your guarantee.
